Stephen has drafted hundreds of Estate Plans, from your typical A-B Trusts to complex Family Limited Partnerships and Qualified Family Residence Trusts. He views each client on an individual basis and each estate plan is designed and formulated using the most innovative and creative estate planning tools to mitigate taxes, secure assets and provide a systematic approach for the transfer of wealth from one generation to the other.
